Shipping Rules and Regulations
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to their order.
UPS regulations do not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address.
Additional charges may apply to packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.
We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods. All products shipped from our warehouse are bubble packed and triple checked for accuracy and quality control.
Online orders of all in stock items will automatically shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.
International orders and back orders will only be shipped after customer’s notification.
Business days in transit (UPS Ground Shipping Times).

Returns and Exchanges
A NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE policy applies to all merchandise unless proven defective.
Returned items must be shipped back in its original packaging and in the same order in which it was received.
All claims must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. Store credit will be given only on defective merchandises that are no longer in stock.
All Sales are FINAL on Promotional and Clearance items.
